My Philosophy

At the heart of my approach, I am first and foremost a behavioural scientist. My academic journey began with a master’s degree in Sport Psychology. Even before the ink dried on my degree, my skills were sought out as an analyst in professional sports. But my aim was broader and more ambitious.


My relentless pursuit of the ‘ultimate edge’ took me to the peaks of excellence across various sports, but also deep into the intricate architecture of the human body and mindset. From this exploration emerged a foundational belief: anything is fixable. And once obstacles are removed, anything becomes achievable.

I've been (working with/ trained by/ a friend) of Nick for a few years now, I first engaged with him as I saw an online before/after picture of someone I knew who lost a lot of weight and reshaped their body with him. Since then I've trained twice a week with him and learnt 'a lot about a lot' Nick reads the books and conducts the research I don't have the 'time' to do, he's helped me rethink my approach to food and introduced me to a lot of new ways of thinking and living healthier. I now find myself passing on what I learn talking to Nick to my teenage kids, wife & friends. Over the years I've got to see / know a lot of personal trainers, but hardly any (IMHO) really care about their client and try to enrich their experience of fitness & health.
